Our Warranty: Built to Hunt, Backed for Life

We engineer our gear for the most demanding backcountry conditions. We stand behind every stitch, seam, and zipper with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical product lifespan.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures that occur during the practical usable life of the product, including:

• Seam failures and stitching defects
• Zipper, buckle, and hardware malfunctions
• Fabric delamination, peeling, or bonding failures
• Waterproof and breathable membrane defects
• Manufacturing irregularities in fit, cut, or construction

Practical Product Lifespan

"Practical product lifespan" means the wearable life of the product under normal and customary use, as intended for the activity the product was designed for. This is not an unlimited lifetime warranty — it covers the period during which the product would reasonably be expected to perform with proper care and use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
• Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or storage
• Modifications or alterations made to the product
• Damage from sharp objects including rocks, branches, or animal encounters
• Punctures, tears, burns, or abrasions from external sources
• Products used beyond their intended design purpose
• Lost or stolen items

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners.

What We Will Do

If your product is found to have a covered manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our discretion:

1. Repair: First, attempt to repair the product at no charge to you
2. Replace: If repair is not feasible, replace the product with a comparable current model of similar composition and value
3. Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, issue a refund for the original purchase price

The warranty provides one service per qualifying product — one repair or one replacement per original purchase. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty evaluation:

1. Visit our Contact page and select "Warranty Claim" as your inquiry type
2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase
3. Describe the issue and attach clear photos showing the defect
4. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps within 2-3 business days

Important — Product Cleanliness Requirement: All products submitted for warranty evaluation must be thoroughly cleaned before shipping. Items that arrive soiled, unwashed, or with biological contaminants will not be evaluated and will be returned at your expense. This is required by applicable health and safety regulations.

Gear Repair Service — Accidental Damage

Not all damage is a defect. Sharp granite, dense timber, unexpected impacts — the backcountry is unpredictable and even the toughest gear has its limits.

For rips, tears, punctures, burns, and other accidental damage not covered under warranty, we partner with professional outdoor gear repair specialists who can assess and restore your damaged equipment at a reasonable cost. Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Wader Warranty Program

Waders operate in uniquely challenging conditions and are covered by a dedicated warranty program. In addition to the standard warranty coverage above, our wader warranty includes:

• Seam tape bonding integrity for the full practical lifespan
• Leak-free bootie attachment guarantee
• Neoprene and membrane integrity protection

Limitations

• Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty to the extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction
